1. Made-to-Order or Customised Products:

• Customised products are tailored to your specific requirements, therefore, they are not eligible for returns or refunds if the product matches the agreed specifications.

• In cases of manufacturing errors (wrong size, colour, glazing, configuration) or damage, we will rectify the issue promptly at no additional cost.

2. Stocked Products:

• Unwanted stocked items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

• Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to cover the costs of processing the return.

3. Return Procedure:

• To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order details and reason for return.

• You are responsible for returning the items in a secure manner. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
